Perhaps - she was preparing her little one for flight. Or perhaps - she was still holding on tight. Perhaps - she thought this moment of alone-time was the just right opportunity.

Quietly - without being seen or being heard - I stopped. I listened. I heard.

Be brave - she said.

Be strong.

Be true.

Listen. Believe.

Let your heart lead.

Question questions.

Doubt doubt.

Fear less. Trust more.

Leap. Dance. Spread your graceful white wings and fly and soar.

And - always...always remember all you'll ever need you have within.

Just - and quite unapologetically - be you.

Yes - that's it. That's what I heard.
