Arrived. Here. Now. In this last month of this past year. The last of my combining the classical yoga - yoga + photography + writing.

'NOW - it is that the practice begins.'

We close the year in the same way in which we opened. With beginning. With each and every present moment offering us a new opportunity to start anew. To simply notice. To breathe. To feel. To see. To listen. To trust in the strength that resides within.

We open and close our practices with the resonant sound of ohm. We roll up our mats- perhaps - believing that we've done our work for the day...when - in fact - our work has only just begun.

The body rested...the mind quieted...the spirit connected.

Now. Is when we begin.
