Effort Less

Begin - at the beginning.

With the blank page staring..with the white canvas glaring..with the vast emptiness of an early morning and a long day ahead.

Begin - at the beginning. I reminded myself again. Keep it simple. Keep it basic. Try easy. It need not be so hard.

The water's surface.

The sun's rise.

A slice of white light..breaking the monotony. A little glitter. A little bright.

Effort less - I thought. Breathe more. In my head - Irepeated those lessons I'd learned so many times before. Begin - always at the beginning. With the ground...with the center...with the heart.
