As I've mentioned in the past few month's - this year's calendar is a yoking together of all of my daily practices - that of yoga..photography and writing. Each month includes one of my yogi photos and an accompanying yoga sutra.

It's within the discipline of practice that we learn and grow. As we return and begin and begin and begin again...as we repeat the same daily routines and regimens...as we cultivate quiet - we discover and uncover the 'art' of seeing.

We 'see' ourselves. We 'see' our patterns. We 'see' where it is we resist..and where it is we persist. We 'see' what needs strengthening..and what can be released and let go. Without attachment to outcome....and with the commitment only to show up and trust...we change and we grow.
