So often - I'm asked that dreaded question: 'How?'
'How' do you do it? 'How' do you find it? 'How' do you know what you know?
And - my answer is always the same: I don't set out to do...or to find...or to know.
I begin with only one intention - to show up...to connect....to practice the art of surprise.
I seek out wonder. I look thru the eyes of a child.
I'd like to claim that I've been trained and educated and taught.
I'd like to think - maybe? - that I have some sort of sixth intuitive sense of knowing when and where I might find her. I'd like to believe there's some sort of rhyme and reason to this magic.
With patience and passion and steady and consistent practice - I've trained my mind.
I see the color...the light...the slightest bit of motion.
"Talent is good. Practice is better. Passion is best of all."
