Today - the practice is a simple one.
To be.
As I am.
Where I am.
To let go of the grand master plan. To sit in the uncertainty of the not knowing.
To soak in the warmth of the late season sun.
To clear space.
To allow for whatever might come. To seek out the unexpected.
To maintain balance.
To find center.
To connect with the quiet that resides within.
To listen. To see. To taste. To feel.
To be.
Just as I am.
Just where I am.
I asked the teachers why some thing so simple can feel so impossibly hard?
I was offered no answers.
The practice begins in that moment that I want to come out.
I'm reminded that that's my mind talking.
Just breathe.
