Because the thing about summer - is that it's different.
The sun is warmer. The air is sweeter. The light is brighter. The season is short...but the days are long.
This summer - I'm speeding up. I'm slowing down. I'm messing and mixing and learning anew.
I'm planting my feet in the dirt. I'm turning my face to the sun.
I'm taking time and space to see and smell and taste those magical metaphorical roses.
In this next month - I'll be stepping quietly into the background while sharing my vision of thirty consecutive long slow deep breaths.
Silent meditations that speak only of and for themselves.
No words. Only images. One slow inhale...followed by an equally long and slow exhale. A mantra that repeats.
This- is what I imagine it might look like to breathe.
