A magical mix of rain and light....
...of early morning and accidental geese-in-flight.

Has this practice become so ingrained in my being that I no longer mark time?
One day and then another.
One week. One month. One year.
Ten years have now passed since I first began.
Time happens.
There have been mornings when I've thought there's absolutely nothing new.
Nothing I haven't already seen and heard. Nothing I have to show and share. Nothing to offer.
On the most dubious of winter days - my father would encourage us to show up at the mountain.
Whatever the snow conditions...there'll be something to experience and explore.
He - too - was known to chase that early morning light with his camera.
And - here I am.
I wonder what he'd say today? About this...and that...and all of it?
Practice.
Abhyasa.
Consistent and persistent.
Letting go of expectation. Trusting in the process.
Looking and listening. Seeing and hearing.
Feeling.
Returning and beginning - and always with a beginner's mind.
"Yoga does not just change the way we see things, it transforms the person who sees.”
-BKS Iyengar
It's become my sacred space...my coming home.
Who knows where this next decade will lead?
